Introduction to Tapestry: Simple Landscape, Feb 2027

For this project, you will weave a small textile with simple graphics. We will discuss weft-faced

textiles, how to make and use a simple frame loom and how to scale up what you have

learn to create larger weavings. The basic technique you learn can be applied to more

complex shapes on a larger scale. This method can be used to make coasters, placemats,

wall hangings, and rugs.

Dates: 1pm-5pm Feb 6 &13

Location: 221A Project Space, 825 Pacific St. Vancouver BC

 All materials are provided.

Refund policy

Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your place in the class. If you are unable to attend, please notify us in writing by email. 

We require a minimum of 1 week notice to exchange or cancel, and refunds will be issued as follows:

1 weeks or more notice prior to first class = eligible for a refund or credit to future class if available 

Less than 1 week notice = eligible for  credit to future class if available  or 50% refund 

48 hours notice or less = no refund. 

Late arrivals, missed sessions, or no-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit. If we need to cancel due to low enrolment or any other reason, we will provide a minimum of 3 days notice and offer a full refund.
